Yep your right it’s a tax disc, sorry for it being out of focus. It is a real tax disc and because my wheelchair can go 8 MPH it has to be taxed. It does not cost me  anything, I don’t need insurance, MOT or a driving license so what’s the point. It cost the taxpayer money to administrate this plus employ someone. It gets even stranger when their rules say I don’t need a driving license because it is not classed as a motor vehicle, if that’s the case surly I don’t need a tax disc.

What’s your view on this, I bet you can’t believe it.
